Anli Van Santen

Abstract

This book examines the philosophy and regulations behind the laws and guidelines that apply directly to library services to
allow library staff and administration to better understand why these rules are needed. To stay within the boundaries of
the law is vital for any academic institution and library. In this book, Janet Croft offers suggestions and advice to ensure
that institutions abide by the Copyright Law in order to offer the best service possible to patrons.
